Dan earned his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law, in 1993. He was soon admitted to the state bars in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, where he maintains good standing and a strong reputation in civil cases. In addition to his almost 25 years of experience, Dan has dedicated a significant part of his practice to the representation of individuals and families victimized by the negligence of funeral homes, burial services, hospitals, and cemeteries.
